Submit EPC Capability for Bankable Infrastructure Delivery
Panterra Holdings invites qualified EPC contractors to prequalify for upcoming projects across energy, water, transport, housing, and strategic infrastructure in Kenya and the wider Africa region. This process supports structured procurement under EPC, EPC+F, and PPP frameworks.
Quick Requirements
Prepare the following before submission for faster review:
Company profile and capability statement (PDF).
Relevant references (similar projects, scope, value, location).
Compliance (registration, tax, HSE, insurance where applicable).
Key personnel (CVs, certifications, licenses).
Need the pack?
Email or WhatsApp the desk and request the prequalification pack.
Eligibility & Contractor Categories
Contractors may prequalify for one or more categories depending on your scope, capacity, certifications, and track record. Prequalification enables you to receive relevant tender invitations when opportunities arise.
Minimum Baseline (General)
Legally registered company with valid statutory compliance (registration, tax, applicable sector licenses).
Demonstrable experience in similar scope and complexity (include references and completion evidence).
HSE capacity (policy, incident reporting, training records, PPE plan, risk assessments).
Ability to mobilize resources (personnel, equipment access, QA/QC processes, supply chain controls).
Scope Coverage & Delivery Expectations
Prequalification assesses your ability to execute end-to-end delivery or specialized packages. Indicate the scopes you can deliver and whether you support EPC+F / financing pathways.
Engineering: design coordination, value engineering, IFC readiness, BoQ validation.
Procurement: approved vendors, QA plans, logistics, customs handling (where applicable).
Construction: civil, electrical, mechanical, commissioning, punch-list closeout.
QA/QC: ITPs, test records, handover dossiers, as-built documentation.
HSE: permits, toolbox talks, incident management, environmental controls.
